In order to continue promoting the achieved results and implementing the tasks of the Movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" in the whole province, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Lam Dong province - the Standing Agency of the Steering Committee of the Movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" in Lam Dong province has sent a document to the People's Committees of communes, wards and special zones in the area requesting the implementation of a number of key tasks.

Accordingly, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Lam Dong province requested the People's Committees of communes, wards and special zones in the area to urgently direct the establishment of the Steering Committee for the Movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" in communes, wards and special zones of their localities, and at the same time promulgate the operating regulations of the Steering Committee on the basis of inheritance and in accordance with the model of 2-level local government to promptly lead and direct the implementation of the tasks of the Movement.

At the same time, continue to direct, thoroughly grasp and widely propagate among cadres, party members and people the viewpoints, guidelines and policies of the Party and State on the Movement "All people unite to build a cultural life", in order to further raise the awareness of party committees at all levels, authorities, departments, branches, unions and people of all walks of life about the meaning, role and responsibility in implementing the Movement "All people unite to build a cultural life".

In addition, strengthen the leadership, direction and coordination of the steering committee's member agencies in implementing the Movement; promptly implement the Central and provincial directives for the Movement. The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Lam Dong province also requested the People's Committees of communes, wards and special zones in the province to fully implement the regime of reporting the results of implementing the tasks of the Movement annually to the Standing Office of the Steering Committee (Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism) for synthesis according to regulations.
