The Ta Kou - Bung Thi - Song Phan Urban, Commercial, Service, Entertainment, Eco-Tourism and Spiritual Complex Project (located in Tan Thanh, Ham Thuan Nam, Tan Hai communes) is expected to be divided into 8 component projects.
Through assessment, it is noted that 2 component projects are likely to be eligible for investor selection and completion in 2025.
Specifically, Bung Thi Ecotourism, Resort and Entertainment Project has an area of 106 hectares and the Ecotourism, Resort and Entertainment Project at Ta Kou Nature Reserve has an area of about 10,000 hectares...
For the remaining component projects, legal procedures and processes are also being studied to promote implementation.
Recently, the coastal area of Lam Dong province has established a Working Group to implement tasks related to investment in the Ta Kou - Bung Thi - Song Phan Urban, Commercial, Service, Entertainment, Eco-Tourism and Spiritual Complex Project.
