Proactively respond to natural disasters during the 2025 High School Graduation Exam

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee directs and assigns responsibilities:

1. Provincial departments, branches, and sectors, members of the Provincial Steering Committee for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam, People's Committees of districts, cities, People's Committees of communes, wards, and towns, according to their functions, tasks, and authority, are responsible for:

- Timely and effectively deploy the implementation of Notice No. 314/TB-VPCP dated June 21, 2025 of the Government Office , Official Dispatch No. 838/CD-BGDDT dated June 21, 2025 of the Minister of Education and Training (with attached documents).

- Actively coordinate closely and effectively with theEducation sector to organize the Exam to ensure seriousness, objectivity, safety, honesty and efficiency; promptly advise and propose contents under the authority of the Provincial People's Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

- Localities, based on the guidance of the Ministry of Finance and practical conditions, provide maximum support to candidates in terms of food, accommodation, travel, and exams, especially in remote areas, students in difficult circumstances, students who are disadvantaged, and students who encounter sudden and unexpected situations.

2. Department of Education and Training

- Proactively develop plans and fully prepare necessary conditions for organizing the exam, including exam locations, exam rooms, equipment, invigilators, examiners, medical staff, necessary conditions and security and safety for the exam. Proactively respond to natural disasters during the organization of the 2025 high school graduation exam according to the direction of the Minister of Education and Training in Official Dispatch No. 838/CD-BGDDT dated June 21, 2025.

- Ensure absolute safety and honesty during the organization of the Exam; have contingency plans for all unusual situations, do not let any stage of the Exam occur without strict management and supervision and without a responsible person. Review and inspect all stages and steps in the organization of the Exam, especially the stage of assigning responsibilities to participating organizations and individuals; pay attention to ensure that the operations of relevant agencies and units in organizing the Exam do not affect./.
