Fire at wood factory in Binh Dinh, damage of tens of billions of dong

Accordingly, the wood workshop fire occurred at Huu Thinh Production and Trading Company Limited in Tan Hoa area, Nhon Hoa Ward, An Nhon Town.

According to initial information, at about 1:57 p.m. on June 30, Binh Dinh provincial authorities received a fire alarm and mobilized dozens of fire trucks and about 100 soldiers to the scene.

Woodworking factory burned down

By 2:30 p.m., the fire was basically under control and did not spread. By about 5 p.m. the same day, the authorities had completely controlled and extinguished the fire.

The fire completely burned some wooden materials that had not been taken out yet, and damaged some electrical appliances and equipment. Fortunately, there were no human casualties.

Thanks to the timely control of the fire by the authorities, the company's two warehouses and one solvent warehouse (chemicals for the wood industry) were protected.

According to initial damage reports, it is estimated that nearly 2,400 ^square meters of factory and over 100 ^cubic meters of wood were burned. The business owner said that the damage could be more than 20 billion VND.

Authorities are assessing the damage and investigating the cause of the wood factory fire.
