The districts have reviewed the component indicators that led to the decrease in scores and ranking of administrative reform, from which solutions have been found to improve the index and ranking of administrative reform.
Continue to tighten administrative discipline, raise awareness among cadres, civil servants and public employees, contributing to creating an open and attractive investment environment for businesses. At the same time, focus on building and improving socio -economic infrastructure, creating favorable conditions to attract investment and develop production and business.
Based on the assessment of the achieved results and pointing out the limitations that need to be overcome, localities need to continue to direct agencies and units to find solutions to improve the competitiveness index, focusing on component indexes such as: Land access, leadership role, time costs, business support, thereby striving to further improve administrative reform indexes in 2024 and the following years.
