Attending the conference, more than 200 delegates who are leaders, commanders, officers and soldiers of the center were disseminated and educated on the following topics: Basic contents of the Law on National Defense Industry, Security and Industrial Mobilization; Basic contents of the Law on Management and Use of Weapons, Explosives and Support Tools; Law on People's Air Defense; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Officers of the Vietnam People's Army; some new points of the Road Law and the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety... In addition, soldiers were informed about the situation of violations and crimes in 2024, causes and preventive solutions; the current situation and provisions of the law on printing, issuing, buying and selling invoices and documents for payment to the state budget; some measures to prevent and stop illegal printing, issuing, buying and selling of invoices and documents for payment to the state budget in the army; Law on Social Insurance 2024.

The conference helps officers and soldiers of agencies and units raise their awareness and legal knowledge, voluntarily comply with State laws and military discipline, limit common violations, prevent serious violations of discipline, ensure safety, and contribute to building a comprehensively strong agency and unit that is "Exemplary and typical".
