The plan aims to widely deploy the "Digital Literacy for All" Movement at the Ministry of Justice to disseminate basic knowledge about digital transformation and digital skills to civil servants, public employees, and workers; contribute to raising awareness, forming habits and skills in applying digital technology in work and life; promote a comprehensive and synchronous digital transformation process, taking people and businesses as the center, subject and driving force of digital transformation; ensure the principle of "no one is left behind" in the digital transformation process of the Ministry and the justice sector.
The plan sets a target that by 26,100% of civil servants, public employees and employees of the Ministry of Justice will have an understanding of digital transformation, digital knowledge and skills; effectively use digital platforms and services to serve their work; 80% of civil servants, public employees and employees of the Ministry of Justice will participate in training courses launched by the Ministry on the online learning platform "Digital Popular Education".
To achieve the above goal, the Ministry of Justice focuses on implementing the "Digital Popularization" online learning platform. Accordingly, it will coordinate with specialized units under the Ministry of Public Security and related units to implement training programs on the "Digital Popularization" online learning platform; continue to deploy the open online learning platform (MOOCs) to train, foster, and disseminate knowledge about digital transformation and digital skills for officials, civil servants, public employees, and workers in the Ministry of Justice; organize training courses to update and improve the level of digital transformation and digital skills for officials, civil servants, public employees, and workers in the ministry and sector, in accordance with the digital transformation process of the agency and unit.
Along with that, build and organize the implementation of a program to popularize digital knowledge and skills; integrate the content of popularizing and educating the law into the "digital learning" movement; build a set of communication documents (infographics, video clips, Q&A documents) on digital transformation and "Digital popular education" to serve the dissemination of legal knowledge and digital skills in a vivid, easy-to-understand way, reaching all audiences; promote communication and propaganda work...
