Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Nguyen Manh Cuong speaks at the ceremony to hand over decisions on appointment and transfer of leaders and managers.

Attending the Ceremony were representatives of the Leaders of a number of functional units, key officials at units with officials being mobilized and appointed, and all officials receiving decisions.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Minister Nguyen Manh Cuong congratulated the officials who were entrusted with new responsibilities by the Party Committee and the Ministry's leaders, and emphasized that this transfer and appointment is a concrete step in perfecting the organization and personnel in accordance with the direction of the Politburo , the Government Party Committee and the development requirements of the Foreign Affairs sector in the new situation.

The Deputy Minister affirmed that these decisions demonstrate the recognition of the Ministry's leaders for the process of training, continuous efforts, sense of responsibility and practical contributions of the cadres during their time working at previous units. This is an inheritance and development, ensuring stability and opening up new motivation for innovation in thinking and methods of organizing and implementing tasks at specialized units.

Deputy Minister Nguyen Manh Cuong expressed his deep belief that the appointed and transferred officials will continue to promote their capacity, qualities, experience and political courage, quickly grasp new job requirements; be proactive, creative, and closely coordinate with relevant units to effectively implement assigned political tasks.

The Deputy Minister emphasized that in the context of the rapidly changing and unpredictable international and regional situation, the Diplomatic sector is facing the need for strong innovation in both strategic thinking, approach and implementation capacity. Therefore, the team of leaders and managers needs to continue to promote their core and pioneering role, contributing to the building of a comprehensive and modern diplomacy .

The Deputy Minister also noted that the transferred and appointed cadres need to regularly train their political qualities and revolutionary ethics, maintain internal solidarity, focus on Party building, and at the same time do a good job of planning, training and fostering successor cadres, contributing to ensuring the inheritance and sustainable development of the industry.

Speaking at the decision-giving ceremony, comrade Le Hai Trieu and comrade Nguyen Quynh Trang, on behalf of the transferred and appointed officials, expressed their honor and emotion at the trust that the Ministry's leaders had placed in them.
