Canadian International School Lao Cai signs start-up cooperation agreement with educational institution from the UK

On the afternoon of August 4, Canadian International School Lao Cai (CIS Lao Cai) held a signing ceremony of a memorandum of understanding with Ultra Education (UK) on the Business and Entrepreneurship Education Program for high school students.

At the ceremony, representatives of CIS Lao Cai and Ultra Education gave speeches about the cooperation contents and curriculum on business and entrepreneurship for students at three levels (from grade 1 to grade 12) in the coming time. At the same time, Ultra Education is also responsible for training the teaching staff of CIS Lao Cai in the teaching process and organizing related events and activities.

It is known that the business and entrepreneurship program at CIS Lao Cai will be designed for students to study in 2 semesters. From the second semester of the 2025-2026 school year, students at CIS Lao Cai will study this program.

In addition, Ultra Education and CIS Lao Cai will provide short-term courses (10-12 weeks) after school hours for students in and out of school.

Within the framework of cooperation, the two sides also announced plans to organize the Student's business fair - Startup fair for students, in early November 2025 at CIS Lao Cai.

Representatives of the parties signed the strategic cooperation agreement and gave gifts.

After the signing ceremony, delegates visited the school's education system and experienced the dormitory.
