Ministry of Education and Training mobilizes more than 5,500 officials and lecturers to test the 2025 high school graduation exam

The Department of Quality Management (Ministry of Education and Training) sent a document to university training institutions and the Department of Schools ( Ministry of National Defense ) regarding the list and expected assignment of inspection teams for the 2025 high school graduation exam.

Accordingly, the Ministry of Education and Training mobilized over 5,500 leaders, officials, and lecturers of universities to participate in inspection teams for the 2025 high school graduation exam. Of which, the largest number of officials mobilized are concentrated in 2 national universities. Hanoi National University has approximately 390 officials mobilized to participate in the inspection team in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City National University mobilized more than 380 officials to participate in the inspection team in Ho Chi Minh City.

Most localities have two university training institutions participating in the examination and invigilation work. Some places have only one university participating in the organization such as: Can Tho (Ho Chi Minh City University of Transport), Bac Kan (Thang Long University), Vinh Phuc (Foreign Trade University), Bac Ninh (Vietnam Agricultural Academy), Quang Binh (Vinh University), Phu Yen (Tay Nguyen University), Ninh Thuan (Ho Chi Minh City Banking University), Dak Nong (Da Lat University)...

In addition, 2 localities have 3 universities participating in the exam inspection team such as: Thanh Hoa (Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Vinh University of Technical Education, Military Medical Academy); Nghe An (Hanoi University of Industry, Hanoi University of Pharmacy, Ha Tinh University).

This list is made in the spirit of Plan No. 403/KH-BGDDT dated April 9 of the Ministry of Education and Training on organizing inspection and examination of the 2025 high school graduation exam. On that basis, the Ministry of Education and Training requests that higher education institutions review, organize professional training, and make a list of permanent staff and lecturers who meet the conditions and standards according to regulations to participate in the inspection team of the Ministry of Education and Training to inspect the invigilation of the 2025 high school graduation exam.

The Ministry of Education and Training noted that training institutions need to organize professional training and post-training assessments to ensure seriousness and objectivity. Before participating in the task, officers participating in the inspection team must conduct an assessment according to general regulations.

Since yesterday (June 24), the inspection team for the 2025 high school graduation exam of universities has moved to the localities to carry out their duties. This afternoon, more than 1.1 million candidates nationwide were present at the exam sites to complete procedures for the 2025 high school graduation exam. The exam will officially take place on June 26 and 27.
