On this occasion, units under the City Border Guard presented 99 gifts worth more than 70 million VND to schools and disadvantaged students in the area. Among them, 57 students were part of the “Helping Children Go to School” Program directly sponsored by the City Border Guard.

In the 2024-2025 school year, the City Border Guard will sponsor many students from grades 1 to 12 in communes, wards, and special zones in the coastal border area of ​​Hai Phong City with a support level of 500,000 VND/month/student. Most of the students are in difficult circumstances, but have tried to overcome to achieve the highest academic achievements.
