The Provincial Military Command launched a high-level emulation campaign to welcome Party congresses at all levels.

This afternoon, July 9, the Quang Tri Provincial Military Command (CHQS) held a ceremony to launch the emulation movement phase 2 in 2025 and the peak emulation period to welcome the Party congresses at all levels. Colonel Le Hong Viet, Political Commissar, Chairman of the Emulation and Reward Council of the Provincial Military Command chaired the launching ceremony. Attending the ceremony were member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command, Colonel Doan Sinh Hoa.

The last 6 months of 2025 is the time when many important events take place, and at the same time, it is the period when the provincial armed forces accelerate the implementation of key political tasks. Therefore, in order to create positive motivation and encourage officers and soldiers to perform well the assigned tasks, based on the guidance of the Political Department of Military Region 4, the Emulation and Reward Council of the Provincial Military Command has launched among local military officers and soldiers the emulation movement phase 2 with the theme "Raise the flag of Victory, forever worthy of the name of Uncle Ho's soldiers" and the peak emulation period to welcome the Party congresses at all levels with the theme "Strengthening solidarity, promoting democracy and collective intelligence, competing for the 4 best".

Based on the requirements of each task at each time, the Provincial Military Command calls on cadres, employees and soldiers to uphold their sense of responsibility, strive to excellently complete assigned tasks, especially training tasks, and absolutely not allow any interruption after the merger or establishment of a new unit; resolutely, synchronously and comprehensively deploy solutions on building discipline, enforcing discipline, building a strong and comprehensive unit, "exemplary model" and doing a good job of political and ideological education, raising awareness and sense of responsibility for cadres, party members and soldiers about the Party congresses at all levels, considering this an important political activity, demonstrating the spirit of democracy, intelligence, solidarity and determination to successfully carry out the set military and defense goals and tasks.

On this occasion, authorized by the Provincial Military Command, the Provincial People's Committee Chairman awarded certificates of merit to outstanding collectives and individuals in the emulation campaign to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Quang Binh Military Region (July 4, 1945 - July 4, 2025).
