Provincial Party Secretary Ho Quoc Dung and the delegation visited An Khe Sugar Factory (An Khe Ward) of Quang Ngai Sugar Joint Stock Company - a multi-industry and multi-field business enterprise.

After 25 years of operation, from a factory with a processing capacity of only 2,000 tons of sugarcane/day, with a white sugar production line, the Company has formed a large-scale sugarcane - sugar - biomass electricity processing cluster; Dong Gia Lai sugarcane raw material area has become a key sugarcane area of the Central - Central Highlands region and the whole country, with an area of 35,000 hectares in the 2025 - 2026 crop and will reach 40,000 hectares in the coming years.

Speaking at the meeting, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ho Quoc Dung highly appreciated the existing potential of Quang Ngai Sugar Joint Stock Company, especially since the Company will soon implement 3 projects with a total investment of over 3,700 billion VND, including: An Khe Sugar Factory Capacity Expansion Project, An Khe Biomass Power Plant Capacity Expansion Project and An Khe Ethanol Factory Investment Project.

Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ho Quoc Dung hopes that the Company will continue to exploit the strengths of the Dong Gia Lai sugarcane raw material area, meet the sugarcane consumption needs of farmers, and ensure stable and sustainable development. At the same time, he requested that departments and branches create maximum conditions within the legal framework, promptly resolve arising problems and obstacles in administrative procedures so that enterprises can soon implement projects.

Visiting NutiMilk Dairy Farm of Nutifood Nutrition Food Joint Stock Company (Mang Yang commune), Provincial Party Secretary Ho Quoc Dung acknowledged and highly appreciated the development of the Farm which has helped promote the local economy , breathing new life into the livestock sector in Mang Yang in particular, Gia Lai in general and neighboring provinces.

Directly visiting the dairy farming areas, Provincial Party Secretary Ho Quoc Dung highly appreciated the expertise of the team of experts and engineers and the achievements that NutiMilk Dairy Farm has achieved. In the coming time, Provincial Party Secretary Ho Quoc Dung welcomed the Company's orientation to increase the Farm's current herd from 12,000 to 30,000 cows, expanding the scale to become one of the largest and most modern farms in Vietnam.

Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ho Quoc Dung said that the province is very interested in developing policies to promote and encourage the development of green agriculture, especially creating conditions for enterprises such as Nutifood Nutrition Food Joint Stock Company to invest more in the province. At the same time, he hopes that the Company and the Farm will create conditions to connect and support farmers and livestock households to participate in the raw material growing chain, converting livestock and production models to greener and more circular, contributing to increasing farmers' income.

On the same day, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ho Quoc Dung visited Dien Hong Park (Dien Hong Ward). Talking with local leaders, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ho Quoc Dung said that the province agreed in principle to implement the project to build Dien Hong Thematic Park with a scale of 12 hectares, including items of green park, eco-tourism area, camping, hotel - restaurant, to create a highlight for the key project which is likened to "green lung in the heart of Pleiku Mountain City".

If completed, the project promises to become an attractive tourist destination for visitors from all over the world, while contributing to preserving the unique cultural identity of local ethnic minorities.
