In which, Ms. Nguyen Thi To, Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat reported the complaint to the Provincial Police about the investigator of the Investigation Police Agency, Da Lat City Police (old) violating the sealing and unsealing of evidence, leading to incorrect appraisal results.

At the same time, she reflected on the fact that her criminal denunciation petitions had lasted for 3.5 years and had received written instructions from the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, but the Provincial Police had not yet resolved and handled them thoroughly.

Ms. Mai Thi Hoa presented the content of her reflection to the Provincial Party Secretary.

In the case of Ms. Mai Thi Hoa, Phu Hoa village, Duc Trong commune, from 2019 to present, the Civil Judgment Enforcement Office of Duc Trong district (old) has not organized the enforcement of the judgment for her according to Decision No. 23/QD-CCTHA, dated September 26, 2019 of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Office of Duc Trong district (old) related to the dispute over land use rights.

After hearing information about the petitions of these two cases, the Provincial Party Secretary requested relevant agencies and units to report, discuss and determine solutions as well as the responsibilities of judicial agencies to resolve the legitimate aspirations of the people.

In the case of citizen Nguyen Thi To, after determining that there was not enough basis to resolve the matter, the Provincial Party Secretary assigned the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee to coordinate with the Provincial Police to discuss clearly so that she would know on the basis of law, reason and understanding, to avoid the situation where citizens continue to complain and report the results to the Secretary.

Then, report the results to the Provincial Party Secretary.
