This is also one of the key projects in 2025 in the coastal area of the province, invested by the Management Board of Investment Projects for Construction of Civil and Industrial Works (formerly Binh Thuan province), to be implemented within 3 years from 2023.
It is known that the Ca Ty River Apartment project has a "highlight" of the construction packages of 6 apartment blocks (total floor area of 70,686 m2), aiming to form more than 760 apartments with 1 - 3 bedrooms with usable area from 36.7 - 74 m2/unit. According to the investor, the apartment blocks and some auxiliary items have been signed by the Project Management Board with the contractor and construction started in the last months of last year, expected to be completed in 2026.
By mid-July 2025, apartment blocks A1 and A2 had completed formwork and steel reinforcement to floors 5 and 6, while apartment blocks B1 and B2 were constructing steel reinforcement and concrete beams on the 5th floor and apartment block C1 was also constructing steel reinforcement and concrete beams on the 2nd floor (except apartment block C2 which has not been implemented due to compensation and site clearance issues).
While the construction package for roads, riverbank embankments, flower gardens, and parks has been carrying out the construction of hundreds of anchor piles and sheet piles on the riverbank embankment and basic construction of underground items, paving of parks, etc. The package for supplying and installing equipment for apartment blocks in phase 1 is also being implemented by the construction unit in coordination with the contractor according to the signed contract.
Recently, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh inspected the actual progress of the Ca Ty River Apartment project. Thereby, he acknowledged the efforts of the investor and departments, branches, units and localities in the implementation process. The Provincial People's Committee leaders also requested relevant parties to continue to promote their sense of responsibility to speed up the project's progress in the coming time...
As the investor, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung - Deputy Director of the Project Management Board for civil and industrial construction investment said that the unit will be determined to implement according to the requirements. Specifically, continue to urge contractors to focus on human resources and equipment to speed up construction progress, ensure synchronous implementation, and complete on time as prescribed or earlier than the signed contract.
At the same time, coordinate with relevant units to promptly complete the legal review of land records, thereby accelerating the site clearance progress of the project to implement the remaining items. "In addition to the construction progress, the unit always pays attention to ensuring absolute safety at the construction site and the quality of the Ca Ty River Apartment project", said the investor representative.
