In order for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam in the province to take place safely and seriously, Ha Nam Provincial Police have directed professional units, police of communes, wards and towns to develop plans, assign forces to synchronously deploy professional measures, ensure safety at examination sites and exam organization stages.
According to the reporter, from 6am this morning, many parents and students have been traveling to the exam locations on the roads. At the school gates and intersections, the authorities were present early, directing traffic from a distance, ensuring that students could travel to the exam locations smoothly and safely.
This year, in Ly Nhan district, there were 1,730 candidates taking the high school graduation exam at 4 locations: Ly Nhan High School, Bac Ly High School, Nam Cao High School, Nam Ly High School with a total of 74 exam rooms. Of which, Ly Nhan High School is the exam location with the largest number of candidates in the province with 692 candidates. Local traffic congestion occurred at the beginning of the exam and after the end of the first exam this morning due to a large number of cars and motorbikes stopping on both sides of the road to pick up and drop off candidates. However, the police force arrived promptly, quickly regulated and guided vehicles to move in an orderly manner. Thanks to that, candidates moved to the exam location without encountering any obstacles.
In particular, the Nam Ly High School exam site is located on provincial road 972, with heavy traffic volume with many trucks and passenger cars moving, posing a potential risk of traffic safety. The police force promptly arranged checkpoints, implemented traffic control plans, and guided vehicles to move appropriately, avoiding congestion in front of the school gate, causing traffic safety risks.
Lieutenant Colonel Tran Van Thinh, Chief of Tien Thang Commune Police (Ly Nhan) said: Implementing the plan of the Provincial Police Director on ensuring security, order and traffic safety for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam, Tien Thang Commune Police was assigned to preside over and coordinate with Hoa Hau Commune Police and the Traffic Police Department, Provincial Police and related agencies and organizations to ensure traffic safety and security at the exam site of Nam Ly High School. During the exam, the forces will maintain the maximum number of standing personnel, mobilize all means to ensure security and order at the exam site, traffic safety at the school gate area, especially focusing on performing tasks during peak hours before and after the exams.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa, whose child took the exam at Ly Nhan High School, shared: Thanks to the active support of the authorities, candidates can travel safely and conveniently to the exam site, feel secure and mentally stable to enter the exam.
In addition, the police force at the examination sites also reminded and advised parents and relatives to strictly follow traffic safety regulations when taking and picking up candidates to the examination. When arriving at the examination sites, parents must strictly follow the instructions of the authorities and not park their vehicles in violation of regulations, causing traffic jams during the examination period.
In addition to ensuring security, order and traffic safety at exam sites, the Provincial Police directed functional units and police of communes, wards and towns to prepare fire prevention and fighting plans, proactively prevent, promptly detect and handle complicated security and order situations that affect the exam.
