Issuing a list of identification codes of 97 agencies and units in Dong Nai province (new)

(DN) - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Duong Minh Dung signed and issued Decision No. 1998/QD-UBND dated June 16, 2025 on promulgating the list of identification codes of 97 agencies and units in Dong Nai province, including: 95 wards and communes of Dong Nai province (new), Department of Foreign Affairs and Economic Zone Management Board.

The identification code specified in this decision serves the exchange of electronic documents through the Document Management and Operation system between agencies and units; integrating and sharing between information technology applications of Dong Nai province.

The Provincial People's Committee assigns the Department of Science and Technology to preside over, guide and inspect the implementation of this decision; advise the Provincial People's Committee to manage, issue identification codes and adjust the list of identification codes in accordance with the actual situation and legal regulations. In case of addition, separation or merger of units, the agencies shall notify the Department of Science and Technology to promptly update and adjust the systems in accordance with the structure according to relevant regulations and make them public on the systems.
