NDO - On the morning of November 16, in Phu Quoc city, Kien Giang province, the Party Committee and Command of Naval Region 5 held a conference to hand over the responsibilities and tasks of the Deputy Political Commissar of the Region. Rear Admiral Nguyen Huu Thoan, Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of the Region chaired the conference.
According to the decision of the Ministry of National Defense , Colonel Hoang Quoc Hoan, Chief of Political Affairs of the Navy General Staff, was transferred and appointed to the position of Deputy Political Commissar of the Naval Region 5 Command, replacing Colonel Le Van Huong, Deputy Political Commissar of the Naval Region 5 Command, who was transferred and appointed by the Ministry of National Defense as Deputy Political Commissar of the Navy.
Speaking at the conference, Rear Admiral Nguyen Huu Thoan congratulated and acknowledged and highly appreciated the dedication and contributions of the two senior officers in the Navy; At the same time, he hoped that in his position as Deputy Chief of Political Affairs of the Navy, Comrade Le Van Huong would continue to promote his capacity and intelligence, pay attention to directing and helping the Naval Region 5 Command to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
