Apple Vision Pro 2 to be released in late 2025

Vision Pro is Apple's first product on the virtual reality headset market that comes in two variants: a Pro model and a cheaper standard model.

The company previously announced the suspension of production of the next generation of the Vision Pro, but it is still working on a more affordable and feature-rich "Vision" product.

However, recently, expert Mark Gurman in the latest Power On newsletter revealed that the second generation of Apple Vision Pro is expected to launch on the market from Fall 2025 to Spring 2026.

Apple Vision Pro 2 to be released in late 2025

Not long ago, analyst Ming-Chi Kuo announced that Apple postponed the launch of the low-cost Vision version to focus on launching the Vision Pro 2 version, expected to launch next year.

It is known that Apple introduced the first generation Vision Pro with the M2 chip, but then the launch of the M3 and M4 chips made the high-priced device obsolete.

According to Bloomberg, the Vision Pro 2 will likely have a design similar to the current version but will be upgraded from the M2 chip to the upcoming M5 chip to bring significant performance improvements. The main changes will be on the inside, including an upgrade to the processor.
