The key features in iOS 18.3 are reportedly related to Apple Intelligence and include Visual Intelligence and changes to the “notifications” summary. Since the iPhone 11 series doesn’t support Apple Intelligence, there are some iOS 18.3 features that aren’t available on these phones.
The update also adds a new Calculator feature that allows the last calculation to repeat when the equal sign is pressed, and fixes an issue with playback on Apple Music that could continue until the song ended even when the app was closed.
