According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, at 1:00 p.m. on June 25, the center of the tropical depression was located at about 18.4 degrees North latitude; 113.6 degrees East longitude, about 300km northeast of the Hoang Sa area.

The strongest wind near the center of the tropical depression is level 6 (39-49km/h), gusting to level 8; moving northwest at a speed of 20km/h.

At 1 p.m. on June 26, the tropical depression was in the sea east of Leizhou Peninsula (China) with strong winds of level 6, gusting to level 8. The tropical depression moved northwest at a speed of about 15-20 km/h and gradually weakened.

At 1 p.m. on June 27, the tropical depression moved northwest at a speed of about 15 km/h and weakened into a low pressure area. The affected area was on the southern mainland of Guangxi Province (China). Wind force was below level 6.
