NDO - On the morning of May 12, in Quang Ninh province, the Committee for Culture and Education chaired and coordinated with the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics , the Central Propaganda Department, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and Quang Ninh province to organize the 2024 Cultural Workshop with the theme "Policies and resources for the development of cultural and sports institutions". Permanent Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Thanh Man attended and delivered a speech at the workshop.

Also attending and chairing the workshop were: Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council Nguyen Xuan Thang; Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha; Chairman of the Committee for Culture and Education Nguyen Dac Vinh; Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Van Hung; Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Quang Ninh province Nguyen Xuan Ky.

With the theme “Policies and resources for the development of cultural and sports institutions”, the workshop aims to comprehensively review and evaluate the institutionalization and implementation of the Party's policies and resolutions, the State's policies and laws on the development of the cultural and sports institutions system; the planning, investment, construction, management and use of cultural and sports institutions; the arrangement and mobilization of resources for cultural and sports institutions.
