An Giang is ready for the exhibition of 80 years of national achievements

This is not only an opportunity for the locality to introduce development achievements after many stages of construction and integration, but also an opportunity to affirm the new vision and new aspirations of a dynamic and creative An Giang in the new development stage.

An Giang: One vision - One action - One belief!

An Giang participated in the exhibition with an exhibition area of 387.5m², with the theme "An Giang: One vision - One action - One belief!". The exhibition space is divided into four sections: An Giang - Land and people; The process of fighting against foreign invaders, protecting the homeland; An Giang - Innovation, integration and development; An Giang - Future vision.

The central space is dedicated to introducing “APEC 2027 - Phu Quoc - Vietnam”. In the space designed to display traditional costumes and musical instruments of the four main ethnic groups, there is a team of Cham and Khmer folk artists serving visitors during the exhibition. In the cultural heritage display, visitors will be able to admire models of 10 national treasures and experience playing Cham and Khmer musical instruments.

Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the An Giang Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Mung assigned the Provincial Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center and 6 typical enterprises to participate in the exhibition, introduce and promote investment projects, OCOP products, export goods, etc.

The product display area will serve visitors to experience and try high-quality branded goods and products on the market. At the “Green Food Train” space, An Giang’s culinary artists will introduce special dishes such as Rach Gia fish noodles, Chau Doc fish noodles, Ha Tien vermicelli noodles, Long Xuyen broken rice, and various types of palm fruit drinks to serve visitors.

The exhibition content will be vividly presented through a system of images, artifacts, and models combined with the application of modern technology. In particular, the digital experience area of An Giang cultural heritage promises to create a new mark, helping visitors both approach traditional history and experience cultural space through technology. At the same time, the application of new technology, video projection, and bilingual Vietnamese-English translation will help the exhibition content become closer and more accessible to domestic and foreign audiences.

Vice Chairman of An Giang Provincial People's Committee Le Trung Ho emphasized: "The exhibition is an event of profound political significance, demonstrating An Giang's determination to accompany the whole country, honoring the great achievements that our people have achieved under the leadership of the Party. For An Giang, this is an opportunity to affirm its position, introduce its development potential and send a message about a locality rich in tradition, steadfast in struggle, dynamic in development, ready for international integration".

Ready for exhibition

To make an impression, An Giang mobilized close coordination between many departments, branches and units to carry out the province's exhibition booth. The Department of Culture and Sports took the lead role, directly advising on the content, design and implementation stages in accordance with the direction of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee: From the historical and cultural roots, the achievements of An Giang province today are introduced.

The exhibition design harmoniously combines tradition, digital technology and modern techniques, while ensuring the prescribed time schedule. Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Sports of An Giang province Nguyen Diep Mai said: "From the selected artifacts and goods, the service staff is professionally trained to serve and explain at the exhibition booth of the province according to the criteria required by the national exhibition organizing committee".

After a period of active implementation, the exhibition space of An Giang province has been completed. Typical artifacts and documents have been constructed to ensure aesthetics and technology. Products, goods, separate display areas of 6 enterprises and the province as a whole from typical urban, industrial, commercial and tourism development investment, especially OCOP products, unique cuisine are ready for the opening day to serve visitors. The heroic history and outstanding development achievements of An Giang, and propaganda about APEC 2027 are clearly shown.

With the national theme “Bright Vietnam - 80 years of Independence - Freedom - Happiness”, An Giang identified the exhibition as an opportunity to convey the message of aspiration for sustainable development, actively contributing to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.

The exhibition space “One vision - One action - One belief” is also the spirit that An Giang is pursuing: Innovation, proactive integration, preserving traditional cultural values, and at the same time comprehensive socio-economic development. This is also the direction that the provincial leaders hope will become a driving force to attract investment, promoting the image of An Giang to domestic and international friends.
