AMEE returns after 2 years: "I am grateful for the difficulties I have gone through"

On August 3, AMEE officially returned to the music scene after 2 years of absence, with the mini album Mong Mi and MV Mong Du - a product featuring rapper MCK.

Previously, when the MV poster was released, many audiences expressed surprise at this collaboration because while AMEE pursues a sweet, innocent image, MCK is a male rapper associated with a personality, edgy, and even somewhat rebellious style.

With this music product, the audience commented that AMEE has changed significantly from her musical style to her image. The singer's management company affirmed that this change is consistent with her true self in each stage of life - from a dreamy, innocent girl to now entering the dreams and thoughts of adulthood.

The MV's content revolves around a girl who dreams about the boy she loves, but the two are not together in the present and she only dreams about happy moments every time she falls asleep.

For over 2 years, AMEE has not released any new products, except for advertising projects. This mini album includes 5 completely new songs, performed by producer DuongK, music director Hua Kim Tuyen...

The songs revolve around the emotions and experiences of a 24-year-old girl - AMEE's real age, addressing many issues such as being in love with the person you love, trying to find a way to heal yourself, an unstable relationship...

"I thank myself for having the strength to step out of the moments of overthinking to find the connection with myself and realize the good things that are in reality. I have health, I have dreams, ambitions, I have many people by my side, I am loved, I can sing, I can do the job I love the most...", AMEE said.
