90 days and nights of cleaning up marriage data and implementing the reduction of procedures for confirming marital status in Tuyen Quang province

Officials of the Department of Justice of Tuyen Quang province disseminate laws and verify marital status in Lang Can town, Lam Binh.

Implementation period from May 31 to August 31, 2025. Includes 3 phases

Phase 1: From May 31, 2025 to June 10, 2025. Prepare conditions for digitization and cleaning of marital status information data in the Judicial and Court sectors.

Phase 2: From June 10, 2025 to June 30, 2025. Coordinate the implementation of standardization and synchronization of marital status information from the Civil Status Database, the Professional Management System for receiving and resolving cases and matters of the People's Court (marriage registration, divorce, single status) of citizens that have been displayed on the national identification application (VNeID).

Phase 3: From July 1, 2025 to August 31, 2025. Deploy the use of marital status information on the national identification application (VNeID) to serve the settlement of administrative procedures and other transactions and requests according to the provisions of law according to the roadmap of the central ministries and branches. Advise and propose to competent authorities on reducing the components of the dossier for administrative procedures requiring "confirmation of marital status", moving towards reducing the procedure of "issuing a Certificate of marital status".

The implementation of the Plan ensures that each citizen is fully and accurately updated with marital status information in the National Population Database, can exploit marital status information on the VNeID application, and does not require citizens to present a paper "marital status confirmation" for related administrative procedures.

The implementation process must ensure close coordination between sectors, levels, units and localities, especially the core role of the Public Security, Justice and People's Courts at all levels; promptly urge, guide, resolve and remove difficulties and obstacles in the implementation process.
