On August 20, the Provincial Red Cross Association coordinated with the Youth Union of provincial agencies and the Provincial Civil Servants' Union to organize the Blood Donation Festival "Red Drops of the Ancestral Land".

Over the years, union members, cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers of the Provincial Agencies have always actively participated in voluntary blood donation activities with affection, sense of responsibility to the community and noble humanitarian spirit.
The movement has increasingly gone into depth, becoming an annual activity, an inseparable cultural feature of each cadre, civil servant, employee, and worker, contributing to overcoming the shortage of blood in the treatment and emergency care of patients.
The festival attracted 450 officials, civil servants and public employees of the Provincial Agencies to register to donate blood. At the end of the program, the Organizing Committee received 423 units of blood.
