On the morning of May 27, the Vietnam - Japan Human Resource Development Institute (VJCC) in Ho Chi Minh City held the opening ceremony of the "Advanced Business - Keieijuku Course 20".
Keieijuku course 20 has 30 students, of which Ho Chi Minh City has 18 students, Binh Duong has 5 students, Dong Nai has 3 students, Ninh Thuan has 2 students, Ca Mau, Long An and Lam Dong each province has 1 student.
Dr. To Binh Minh, Deputy Director of VJCC, Director of VJCC Ho Chi Minh City Branch, said that after 2 rounds of application review and interview, 29 students who are leaders and managers from 27 enterprises, and 1 student who is a specialist of VJCC were recruited to Keieijuku course 20 in Ho Chi Minh City.
In terms of field of activity, there are 27 students in the supporting industry and 3 students in the service industry. In terms of management level, there are 20 students who are senior managers (chairmen, general directors, deputy general directors) and 10 students who are middle managers.
According to Mr. Ono Masuo - Consul General of Japan in Ho Chi Minh City, during 24 years of operation, VJCC has made great contributions to Vietnam. The Institute has developed into a key agency specializing in training high-quality human resources, while strengthening the cooperative relationship between Vietnam and Japan.

About 30% of the trainees are female entrepreneurs at enterprises in Vietnam attending this training course.
"Many students after attending the course have developed their careers based on the knowledge they learned about Japanese-style business and achieved many successes in economic fields. These are the best evidences of the effectiveness of cooperation between the two countries through high-quality human resource training courses, contributing to the development of Vietnam's economy " - Mr. Ono Masuo said.
Mr. Ono Masuo hopes that in the coming time, the students will have practical lessons, develop deeper perspectives on the position of managers, as well as clearly recognize their role and mission towards society.
Keieijuku is a special program to train leaders and senior managers of enterprises in Vietnam, organized since 2009. In the beginning, Keieijuku only had 1 course organized in Hanoi. In 2014, the Keieijuku program was expanded, organized simultaneously in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. In 2016, the Keieijuku program continued to spread to Hai Phong. Currently, the number of Keieijuku courses in Vietnam is 37 courses with more than 1,000 students.
