On the morning of July 28, the 1st Congress of Ham Thanh Commune Party Committee (Lam Dong Province), term 2025 - 2030, was solemnly held, with the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Responsibility - Innovation - Development".

Ham Thanh Commune is a mountainous commune, with a total natural area of 440,064.29 hectares and a total population of 16,306 people/4,140 households. Of which, 4,222 people/1,258 households are ethnic minorities, accounting for 26% of the commune's total population.

During the past term, the Party Committee, government and people of the commune have made efforts to develop and stabilize the local socio -economy. The economic structure has shifted positively towards reducing pure agriculture and increasing agriculture applying technology and supporting services. Production infrastructure and rural transportation have been invested in, creating favorable conditions to attract investment...

At the Congress, delegates approved 18 main targets for the 2025-2030 term. In particular, striving to increase the annual state budget revenue by 10% compared to the target assigned by the province; granting land use right certificates to meet the target assigned by the province; striving to reduce the poverty rate to below 5%; maintaining the national health criteria; the rate of people participating in health insurance is over 95%...
