Bat Xat and Van Ban communes started and inaugurated projects to welcome party congresses at all levels.

* On the morning of August 9, the People's Committee of Bat Xat commune held a groundbreaking ceremony for traffic and construction works in Group 6, Group 7 and the inauguration of the Cultural House of Group 8.

The construction of the Group 8 Cultural House began in early July 2024 and was completed early, nearly 1 month ahead of schedule compared to the contract.

The project has a total investment of 6.5 billion VND, from the land use fee revenue of the district budget (old), with a scale of 300 seats; is a grade III civil work, 1 floor. Auxiliary items include: entrance road, steps, concrete yard, gate...

Group 8 cultural house completed earlier than expected.

According to the assessment, during the construction process, the investor, consultant, and contractor conducted inspection and acceptance in accordance with current basic construction procedures, ensuring the quality, technique, and aesthetics of the project.

The completion and putting into use of the Cultural House of Group 8 has contributed to meeting the community living needs of the people.

Start of construction of renovation and embellishment project of Route 10-10.

The project to renovate and improve Route 10-10 and the technical infrastructure system of some central routes of Bat Xat commune has a total investment capital of 12 billion VND, from land use fee revenue.

After many years of exploitation and use, combined with weather factors, some road surfaces on the route have been severely damaged, completely peeled off, the roadbed has sunk, the drainage system has deteriorated, many ditches and manholes have been damaged, and abutment caps and panels have collapsed. Therefore, the travel of people and vehicles participating in traffic has encountered many difficulties, potentially causing traffic safety risks.

The project to renovate and beautify Route 10-10 has the following scale: length 1.1 km (starting and ending points of the route connecting to Provincial Road 156B); road width 7.5 m (including triangular ditch), sidewalk width 4.5 m; asphalt concrete road surface structure, self-locking block pavement, underground drainage system of circular sewer and reinforced concrete box ditch.

Construction is expected to be completed in July 2026.

Once completed, the project will contribute to ensuring environmental sanitation, creating urban beauty, while ensuring safety for people and vehicles participating in traffic, gradually completing a synchronous and modern urban traffic network system.

* On the morning of August 9, in Nam Bo village, Van Ban commune, the groundbreaking ceremony for a 300 m long cement concrete road was held.

Organizations and individuals provide support for construction projects.

All funding and construction materials for the project were mobilized from socialized sources, with the participation of contributions from organizations and individuals, including: 40 tons of cement, 30 ^m3 of sand and 50 million VND.

In addition, the people of Nam Bo village also voluntarily donated land and actively participated in labor days, contributing to speeding up the construction progress.

Commune leaders, cadres, party members, youth and people participated in pouring concrete on the road.

The project is a meaningful part of welcoming the First Congress of Van Ban Commune Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030.

When completed, the route will better meet the travel, trade and freight transport needs of more than 150 households, contributing to improving living and production conditions and promoting local socio -economic development.
