On October 2, regarding the case of a male parent breaking into a school to beat a student, the Department of Education and Training of Tam Ky City reported the results of handling violations related to the violence incident at Nguyen Du Secondary School to the People's Committee of Tam Ky City and the Department of Education and Training of Quang Nam Province.

As reported by Tuoi Tre Online , according to a report from Nguyen Du Secondary School, on the morning of September 24, the school organized a soccer tournament according to the school-level Phu Dong Sports Festival plan during the school year between grades 8/9 and 8/11, and the result was that grade 8/11 won.

Early in the afternoon of the same day, HHGB (student of grade 8/11) teased and provoked NNT and P.D.H. (student of grade 8/9), so these two students chased and beat B., causing her left eye to swell.

Then Mr. HVL, B.'s parent, took his child to the hospital for examination. That same afternoon, he took B. to class as usual.

However, due to anger because his child's eyes were swollen from being beaten, Mr. L. suddenly turned back and rushed straight into class 8/9 to beat two students T. and H..

The incident happened so quickly that the security guard couldn't stop it in time and the homeroom teacher of class 8/9 also asked the parents to calm down, but couldn't stop them. After the beating, Mr. L. left.

During the working session on the morning of September 25, Mr. L. admitted his mistake and apologized to the school, apologized to the two parents whose children were beaten, and asked for forgiveness.

Tam Ky City Department of Education and Training has directed Nguyen Du Secondary School to conduct disciplinary procedures against students who violate regulations and the school has established a Student Disciplinary Council.

On September 30, the school held a meeting to analyze the prohibited student behavior and the disciplinary measures. Considering the reports and self-criticisms of the students who violated the discipline and the minutes of the meeting to handle the violations of the two classes on September 25, the meeting agreed that strict punishment should be taken according to regulations to deter and educate, while at the same time creating conditions for the violating students to have the opportunity to learn from their experiences, strive to improve their studies and practice.

Then the school held a student disciplinary council meeting and voted by secret ballot to propose disciplinary action for each student who violated the rules.

Based on the proposal of the Disciplinary Council, the principal of Nguyen Du Secondary School issued a disciplinary decision against the violating students.

Specifically, student T. (grade 8/9) who chased and beat a friend, causing minor injuries, was disciplined with the following form: reprimand, and the student's parents were notified to coordinate in helping the student overcome his shortcomings.

Student H. (grade 8/9) participated in chasing and beating his friend and was disciplined with the following forms: reminder, support, and direct help to help the student overcome his shortcomings.

Student B. (grade 8/11) intentionally teased his friend, indirectly causing the incident and was disciplined with the following form: reminder, support, and direct help to help the student overcome his shortcomings.
