On September 8, the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management ( Ministry of Health ) sent an official dispatch to the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health regarding the incident at Tuyet Chinh Dental Clinic.
Accordingly, the Department received information reflecting on the incident of medical staff assaulting a patient that occurred at Tuyet Chinh Dental Clinic (Hanh Thong, Ho Chi Minh City).

After reviewing the feedback, the Department requested the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health to verify and report on the above feedback. At the same time, the Department urgently inspected the medical examination and treatment activities and assessed the professional attitude and professional ethics of the medical staff of the facility.
In case of any violation of professional expertise and ethics, the Department of Health is requested to handle it strictly and send a written report to the Ministry of Health before September 15.
On September 7, social media users circulated a clip recording a scuffle at a dental clinic. The incident occurred on the afternoon of September 3 at Tuyet Chinh Dental Clinic (Hanh Thong, Ho Chi Minh City).
Images from the clip show a woman sitting in a clinic arguing with a man in a white coat, believed to be a dentist at the clinic.
At that time, the girl was using her phone to record a clip when the woman with a stick threatened her, pulled her down, snatched her phone and threw it on the floor. After the incident, the girl reported it to the police.
Authorities identified the girl attacked in the clip as Ms. NTTT (born in 1994, from Dak Lak ), the person wearing a blouse in the clip is NTTC (owner of Tuyet Chinh Dental Clinic). The cause of the incident stemmed from a conflict during Ms. T.'s visit to the facility for dental treatment.
