NDO - In the trading session on January 8, selling pressure increased widely and the gloomy cash flow made the market sink in red in the morning session. In the afternoon session, the buying force entered the market positively, in which large stocks such as: SSB, MWG, GVR, PLX CTG, GAS, HPG, SHB , SSI, VCB, VIB, VPB turned green, helping the main indices reverse and increase. At the end of the session, VN-Index increased by 4.07 points to 1,251.02 points.
On the HoSE floor, the order matching value this session decreased sharply compared to the previous session, reaching more than VND 8,500.28 billion.
Foreign investors net bought 439 billion VND on the HoSE. On the buying side, TCB shares were bought the most with a value of more than 103 billion VND, followed by HDB (49 billion VND), MSN (42 billion VND)... On the contrary, FPT was sold the most (230 billion VND), followed by STB (70 billion VND), VTP (56 billion VND)...
Today's session, bluechip stocks traded in red almost the entire session. The VN30 group of stocks closed with 17 stocks increasing, 7 stocks remaining unchanged and 6 stocks decreasing.
Of which, SSB increased by 1.79%, MWG and POW both increased by 1.75%, MSN increased by 1.35%, TCB increased by 1.27%, GVR increased by 1.24%, BVH increased by 1.23%, PLX increased by 1.06%.
Codes: CTG, GAS, HPG, SHB, SSI, TPB, VCB, VIB , VPB increased slightly.
Seven codes stopped at reference: ACB, BCM, SAB, VHM, VIC, VNM, VRE.
On the other hand, HDB decreased 3.92% to VND23,300/share, FPT decreased 1.2%.
The remaining codes: BID, MBB, STB, VJC decreased slightly.
In terms of industry groups, steel stocks traded quite positively when only VCA decreased slightly, DTL stopped at reference, the rest increased. Besides HPG mentioned above, HMC increased by 6.03% to 12,300 VND/share, SMC increased by 2.96%, NKG increased by 1.85%, HSG increased by 1.4%, TLH increased by 1.39%.
The group of securities stocks closed the session up 0.68%. Of which, APG increased the most when it hit the ceiling price of VND6,250/share, followed by ORS up 3.73%, DSE up 3.09%, AGR up 1.53%, VIX up 1.47%, FTS up 1.24%, VCI up 1.1%, HCM up 1.07%, CTS up 1.06%, VDS up 1.05%, VND up 0.42%, SSI up slightly. On the contrary, the codes: BSI, TCI, TVB, TVS down slightly.
Banking stocks decreased in the morning session but recovered at the end of the session with an increase of 0.25%. In addition to the codes: ACB, BID, CTG, HDB, MBB, SHB, SSB, STB, TCB, TPB, VCB, VPB, VIB in the VN30 group mentioned above, other codes such as: EIB increased by 0.82%, LPB increased by 0.65%, MSB increased by 0.90%, OCB increased by 0.94%, NAB increased by 0.89%.
Real estate stocks also increased by 0.36% at the close of the session. Among them, the codes that increased strongly were: HTN increased by 5.27%, VRC increased by 4.55%, SJS increased by 4.22%, DXG increased by 3.45%, TDC increased by 2.64%, PDR increased by 2.39%, SCR increased by 2.12%,...
Besides, industry groups such as: transportation, healthcare, raw materials, food and beverage, utilities, insurance, consumer goods, distribution and retail, capital goods, energy also closed in the green.
On the other hand, two groups of stocks: telecommunications and software closed the session in red.
* The Vietnamese stock market index fluctuated quite strongly today, VNXALL-Index closed up 6.94 points (+0.34%), to 2,072.60 points. Liquidity of the whole market, with trading volume reaching 424.85 million units, corresponding to trading value reaching 10,257.02 billion VND. In the whole market, there were 246 stocks increasing in price, 74 stocks remaining unchanged and 131 stocks decreasing in price.
* At the Hanoi Stock Exchange, the HNX-Index closed at 221.87 points, up 0.89 points (+0.40%). Liquidity reached a total of more than 37.07 million units transferred, with a corresponding trading value of more than VND589.19 billion. The entire floor had 90 stocks increasing, 52 stocks remaining unchanged and 65 stocks decreasing.
The HNX30 index closed up 3.51 points (+0.77%) at 460.66 points. Trading volume reached over 19.63 million units, with a corresponding value of over VND399.06 billion. The HNX30 group of stocks ended the trading day with 15 stocks increasing, 11 stocks remaining unchanged and 4 stocks decreasing.
On the UPCoM market, the UPCoM Index increased, closing at 93.54 points, up 0.53 points (+0.57%). Market liquidity, total trading volume reached more than 50.67 million shares, corresponding trading value reached more than 448.20 billion VND. The UPCoM group of stocks ended the trading day with 138 stocks increasing, 90 stocks remaining unchanged and 111 stocks decreasing.
* At the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange, the VN-Index closed up 4.07 points (+0.33%) at 1,251.02 points. Liquidity reached over 439.99 million units, equivalent to a trading value of VND10,109.10 billion. The entire floor had 236 stocks increasing, 74 stocks remaining unchanged and 153 stocks decreasing.
The VN30 Index increased by 1.35 points (+0.10%) to 1,316.63 points. Liquidity reached over 131.69 million units, equivalent to a trading value of VND4,214.92 billion. The VN30 group of stocks ended the trading day with 17 stocks increasing, 7 stocks remaining unchanged and 6 stocks decreasing.
The five stocks with the highest trading volume were HDB (over 18.48 million units), HPG (over 12.95 million units), DXG (over 12.46 million units), TCB (over 11.94 million units), NAB (over 10.49 million units).
