Participating in the contest, the teams competed in 3 categories: Greeting; knowledge acquisition and propaganda contest in the form of dramatization. The contest took place in an exciting and attractive manner, leaving many good impressions on the officers and soldiers of the unit and the locality.

In the knowledge test, the teams mastered the regulations and correctly answered questions related to the 2015 Penal Code, amended and supplemented in 2017; the 2018 Cyber Security Law; the 2018 Law on Protection of State Secrets; the 2015 Law on Labor Safety and Hygiene; the 2019 Law on Prevention and Control of Harmful Effects of Alcohol and Beer and legal documents related to ensuring traffic safety and enforcing discipline in the Army...

In particular, through the form of dramatization, the legal propaganda competition was flexibly and vividly conveyed by the teams with many meaningful contents and messages in law enforcement.

Colonel Dang Ba Thanh, Party Secretary, Political Commissar of Research Institute 486 affirmed: “Through the contest, it helps officers, employees and soldiers in the Institute to improve their understanding, grasp and strictly implement the State law, military discipline, regulations of Command 86, Research Institute 486. At the same time, this is also an opportunity to evaluate the quality and effectiveness of propaganda, dissemination and legal education of Party committees and commanders of departments and offices; thereby reflecting the level of understanding and awareness of law compliance of officers, employees and soldiers. From there, propose solutions and measures to innovate the content and form of propaganda, dissemination and education of law and discipline; contribute to preventing and combating violations of State law, military discipline and regulations of the unit.

At the end of the competition, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 First Prize and 1 Second Prize to the teams.
