In the 2024-2025 school year, Phong Lang Primary and Secondary School has achieved many outstanding results. The facilities have been invested in a synchronous and spacious manner. The team of managers and teachers has been strengthened in both quantity and quality; 13 teachers have completed their tasks excellently and 19 teachers have achieved the title of Basic Emulation Fighter. The quality of education has been increasingly improved; 100% of the school's students have achieved academic results at the level of passing or higher. The school has 7 students winning prizes in the provincial excellent student competition, including 2 third prizes and 5 consolation prizes;

After merging administrative boundaries and implementing a two-level government model, this school year, Phong Lang Primary and Secondary School received two satellite schools from the old Chieng Ly and Chieng Bom communes, with 446 primary school students, bringing the total number of students in the school to 1,459, divided into 47 classes.
