Established in 1994, the Company has built a diverse transportation system: Limousine shuttle buses to Vung Tau, Tan Son Nhat, Ho Chi Minh City airports; inter-provincial buses in the Northwest region including routes: Dien Bien - Son La; Dien Bien - Hanoi; national tourist buses and public buses in Hanoi. In 2024, the Company has cooperated with Xuan Trang bus company (Moc Chau ward) to develop the Hanoi - Moc Chau route. With the view that "people are the most valuable asset of enterprises and society", Hai Van Company has created a favorable working environment for hundreds of workers in Ho Chi Minh City, Vung Tau and a team of tourist cars serving the whole country. In particular, in Dien Bien and Son La provinces, the Company has prioritized recruiting and creating jobs for ethnic minority workers, currently having nearly 60 drivers and assistants on the two main transport routes in the Northwest region.

The charity buses have helped patients access timely medical services, reducing the burden of costs. Most recently, the Company has cooperated with Xuan Trang bus company to establish Hai Van - Xuan Trang Company Limited in Moc Chau ward, operating in the field of passenger and luxury limousine transportation, quickly becoming a trusted choice for many customers when traveling between provinces.
From the Company's fund, last July in Moc Chau ward, Son La province, Hai Van - Xuan Trang Company Limited implemented a program to donate livelihoods to ethnic minorities, aiming to help poor households escape poverty sustainably. From the charity fund, the Company donated livelihoods to 37 poor households in the area, with a total support budget of more than 243 million VND to repair and renovate solid houses; build hygienic toilets; purchase electronic equipment such as phones, televisions; donate breeding buffaloes and cows...

As one of the poor households in Ta So 1 village, receiving financial support to expand the house and build a hygienic toilet, Mr. Mua Giang Tua, Ta So 1 village, emotionally said: "My family is very happy to receive 15 million VND from the Company to repair the house and build a hygienic toilet. My family can live in better, cleaner, and safer conditions."
As for the family of Mr. Vi Van Inh, Co Liu village, Moc Chau ward, just received 9.7 million VND to build a hygienic toilet and buy a TV. Mr. Inh excitedly said: My family wished to have a TV to watch news, movies, and entertainment programs. Now that we have received a TV from Hai Van - Xuan Trang Company Limited, our family is very happy. We are very grateful to the company for creating conditions for poor households like us to have less difficulties.
