14 groups of students are exempted from tuition fees

On September 3, 2025, the Government issued Decree No. 238/2025/ND-CP regulating policies on tuition fees, exemption, reduction, support for tuition fees, support for learning costs and service prices in the field of education and training, which stipulates 14 groups of subjects exempted from tuition fees. The Decree takes effect from the 2025-2026 school year.
