The conference aims to equip knowledge, skills, raise awareness and action on digital transformation for all National Assembly deputies, officials, civil servants and public employees; proactively apply technology in daily work, especially in law-making, supervision activities and decision-making on important issues.

With a modern and creative organization method, conference delegates were introduced to short thematic videos produced by the Standing Committee of the Science, Technology and Environment Committee using AI assistants, showing instead of traditional long reports.

The video content focuses on introducing, analyzing, and clarifying the knowledge and digital skills framework for the modern National Assembly; guiding National Assembly deputies and civil servants in the National Assembly system on using AI for their duties, guiding the use of lifelong learning platforms, illustrating how AI supports parliamentary work, and introducing ChatGPT.

Recently, the National Assembly has organized a number of specialized activities on digital transformation and artificial intelligence application, listening to expert presentations, reports, instructions, etc., contributing to raising digital awareness and digital skills for National Assembly deputies, officials, civil servants, and public employees in the National Assembly apparatus.

At the conference, the platform “Digital Education for the People - Digital National Assembly” was launched. Witnessed by leaders of the Party, State, National Assembly, Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, leaders of units under the National Assembly system signed a commitment to deploy the movement “Digital Education for the People - Digital National Assembly”, demonstrating strong political determination from the Central to the grassroots level, aiming to strongly promote, quickly and effectively deploy digital transformation work throughout the National Assembly system.

General Secretary To Lam speaks at the conference.

Speaking at the conference, General Secretary To Lam emphasized: Improving digital knowledge for cadres, civil servants and people must be an important task closely linked to administrative reform and socio-economic development; the "Digital Literacy for All" movement must become one of the revolutionary movements for all people, comprehensive, inclusive and far-reaching; each party member, cadre and civil servant must be a pioneer and exemplary participant in transforming working methods to suit the digital age.

The National Assembly should not be satisfied with the initial results and should continue to develop the “Digital Literacy for All” movement extensively and substantially. Each National Assembly delegate and official needs to foster the spirit of self-learning and proactively update new knowledge. The National Assembly Party Committee continues to closely direct so that the digital learning movement truly becomes a habit and a beautiful cultural feature of the National Assembly.

General Secretary To Lam called on National Assembly deputies to continue to enthusiastically respond, set a good example of lifelong learning and innovate and create to turn "Digital Literacy for All" into a widespread movement throughout the Party, the entire people, and the entire political system, with solidarity and determination to realize the goal of building a "Digital Vietnam", a strong and prosperous country.
