Deploying the "Digital Education for All" movement in Ha Nam province

On June 20, 2025, the Provincial People's Committee issued Plan No. 1730/KH-UBND to implement the "Digital Education for All" movement in Ha Nam province.

Accordingly, the content of implementing the "Digital Popular Education" movement in Ha Nam province includes:

Propagating, disseminating, and raising awareness of the importance of breakthroughs in science , technology, innovation, and digital transformation for the country's development requirements in the current context. Deploying and popularizing the "Digital Popular Education" platform at https://binhdanhocvuso.gov.vn.

Develop digital platforms to serve the implementation of the learning movement on science, technology, innovation and digital transformation. Organize training courses on “Digital Literacy for the People”. Organize training courses on artificial intelligence (AI) for officials, civil servants and public employees.

Launch the "Digital Education for All" movement through the platform at https://binhdanhocvuso.gov.vn to all members of the community digital technology group; students of high schools, intermediate schools, colleges, universities; union members and youth in the province. Organize propaganda and dissemination of online learning platforms, including the "Digital Education for All" platform at https://binhdanhocvuso.gov.vn.

Departments, branches, sectors, and grassroots People's Committees deploy the plan to 100% of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers of the sector and localities. Strengthen information and propaganda work on mass media so that people know and participate. Based on assigned tasks, develop a plan to implement the "Digital Education for All" movement and organize its implementation at their agencies, units, and localities in accordance with the actual situation, ensuring progress and efficiency. Periodically or suddenly report the implementation results to the Provincial People's Committee (through the Department of Science and Technology) for synthesis and reporting according to regulations.
