Synthesize, receive and explain comments from relevant units, organizations and individuals on Draft 2 of the Prime Minister's Decision on support policies for households installing rooftop solar power to self-produce, self-consume and store electricity.

On July 18, 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Trade posted on the electronic information portal Draft 2 of the Prime Minister's Decision on support policies for households installing self-produced, self-consumed rooftop solar power and electricity storage systems. After receiving comments from relevant units, organizations and individuals on Draft 2. Up to now, the Ministry of Industry and Trade has completed the Summary of comments, received and explained comments and posted them for relevant units, organizations and individuals to know and comment.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents, the Ministry of Industry and Trade has assessed administrative procedures, decentralization and delegation of authority in the draft Decision of the Prime Minister regulating support policies for households installing self-produced, self-consumed rooftop solar power and electricity storage systems.
