Actively promote the welcome of the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress

Accordingly, the Department of Grassroots Culture, Family and Library requests the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Department of Culture and Sports of provinces and centrally-run cities, based on their functions and tasks, to organize the implementation of the following contents:

Advise, develop plans and implement propaganda activities to welcome the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress in conjunction with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle. Propaganda activities must be practical, suitable to practical conditions, economical; avoid ostentation and formality.

Some specific propaganda activities:

Deploy information and visual propaganda, use banners, billboards, posters, slogans on streets, public places, densely populated areas; mobile propaganda vehicles; exhibitions of socio -economic achievements of the country and locality. Prioritize integrating propaganda activities for the National Patriotic Emulation Congress into cultural, sports and tourism activities in the locality.

Organize cultural and artistic activities, competitions, performances, sports, tourism and other diverse activities to celebrate the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress.

Commend and honor outstanding individuals and groups, good people and good deeds, propose rewards; build and replicate new factors and advanced models in the patriotic emulation movement in the locality in all fields, especially key areas that are being promoted for implementation.

Propagating the results and successes of the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress in conjunction with the results of implementing political tasks at all levels and sectors, and establishing achievements to welcome the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Continue to promote the propaganda of the patriotic emulation movement, disseminate lessons learned from practice; continue to thoroughly grasp and raise awareness of the role, position and importance of emulation and reward work; promote the movement of learning from typical examples. From there, draw out the main lessons in the reward work; create new motivation to successfully carry out the task of socio-economic development of the country and the Resolution of the 14th National Congress of the Party.

The 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress is an event of profound political and social significance, an opportunity to commend and honor heroic individuals and collectives, emulation fighters nationwide; typical and advanced individuals and collectives, exemplary and outstanding models in patriotic emulation movements at each level, each sector, in all fields. Organizing propaganda well before, during and after the Congress will contribute to promoting and spreading the patriotic emulation movement, creating motivation to successfully implement socio-economic development goals, and making achievements to welcome the 14th National Party Congress.
