According to the conference report, at the National Achievement Exhibition, the indoor and outdoor exhibition areas of the Ministry of National Defense attracted and welcomed a large number of delegations and more than 1.2 million people and tourists. The Organizing Committee arranged reception, introduction, welcoming and explaining forces thoughtfully and respectfully. The activities were guaranteed absolute security and safety in all aspects.

Forces with products on display must strictly maintain technical work regimes, organize preservation and maintenance of 100% of displayed weapons and equipment, maintain technical assurance coefficients according to regulations; strengthen technical assurance measures, prevent and fight fires and explosions, proactively cover and preserve weapons and equipment in all weather conditions.

The General Department of Defense Industry has distributed more than 140,000 bottles of water and 162,000 packages of dry food to the people and service forces. The military medical force is on duty, providing examination, treatment, and dispensing medicine on-site, ensuring timeliness.
