According to the General Statistics Office, the total state budget revenue in July is estimated at VND242.1 trillion. The total state budget revenue in the first 7 months of 2025 is estimated at VND1,577.5 trillion, equal to 80.2% of the annual estimate and up 27.8% over the same period last year.
Of which, domestic revenue reached VND 1,365.3 trillion, equal to 81.8% of the annual estimate and increased by 31.8% over the same period last year; revenue from crude oil reached VND 28.7 trillion, equal to 53.9% of the annual estimate and decreased by 16.5% over the same period in 2024; the remaining amount is from budget balance revenue from import and export activities.

Meanwhile, total state budget expenditure in July is estimated at VND164.9 trillion. Total state budget expenditure in the first 7 months of 2025 is estimated at VND1,317.4 trillion, equivalent to 51.7% of the annual estimate and up 39.3% over the same period last year.
Of which, regular expenditure in the first 7 months of 2025 is estimated at 863 trillion VND, equal to 55% of the annual estimate and up 32.3% over the same period last year; development investment expenditure reached 388.3 trillion VND, equal to 49.1% and up 69.7%...
