The Provincial People's Committee Youth Union enthusiastically competes to welcome Party Congresses at all levels

To welcome the 1st Congress of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, the 16th Congress of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, the Youth Union of the Provincial People's Committee launched a peak emulation campaign, implementing many projects, tasks and extensive, practical, meaningful political and social movements, contributing to creating a vibrant atmosphere and spreading the spirit among cadres and young union members.

The Youth Union of the Provincial People's Committee installed a signboard for the project " Sports equipment for the community" in Quang Yen ward, welcoming the 1st Congress of the Party Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee.

The highlight is the hosting of the Launching Ceremony of the Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign, the "Pink Holiday" Campaign and the "Young Doctors Following Uncle Ho's Teachings" Festival at the provincial level, which officially kicked off a series of peak emulation activities of the youth of administrative agencies, career agencies and enterprises throughout the province.

Accordingly, many youth projects have been implemented, closely combining professional tasks with volunteer activities for the community, clearly demonstrating the pioneering, creative and social responsibility role of youth.

The Provincial People's Committee delegation organized a conference to contribute comments to documents of Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.

The whole delegation mobilized 500 million VND to organize a series of activities. Highlights: Planted 3,400 new trees; organized the donation of nearly 1,300 units of blood; examined, consulted, and distributed free medicine to more than 500 people in disadvantaged areas; organized the program "Let's clean up the sea" on Ang Du island and released more than 100,000 fish and shrimp to regenerate aquatic resources; organized extracurricular summer English classes for children in communes and wards; established "Exam Support" teams to support the 10th grade entrance exam and the national high school graduation exam in 2025. The whole delegation effectively implemented innovative models such as "Digital Education for the People", "Digital Civil Servants", "AI Civil Servants Team"; supported more than 2,000 people to install online public services, 3,500 administrative records were processed online throughout the process.

In particular, many meaningful youth projects have been awarded welcome signs for the 1st Congress of the Party Committee of Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee. Typical projects: "Sports equipment for the community" in Quang Yen ward, "Green playground - Nurturing dreams" in Ha Tu ward; "Sports field for students" at the Boarding Secondary and High School for Ethnic Minorities in Quang Ninh province...

The youth volunteer team of the Provincial People's Committee Youth Union launched propaganda, support and guide people to carry out administrative procedures at the Hong Gai Ward Public Administration Service Center.

The education of traditions and revolutionary ideals has been effectively implemented through many meaningful activities such as: The seminar "Lighting the fire of tradition - Aspiration for strength" held on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South, national reunification and the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Mining Region; visiting and presenting gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and people with meritorious services to the revolution on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day, July 27; organizing a journey to the source at the K9 - Da Chong historical relic site (Hanoi) and the Vietnam Military History Museum, helping union members better understand the history of the Party, revolutionary traditions, arousing faith, will and aspiration to contribute.

The Provincial People's Committee Youth Union visited and gave gifts to war invalids' families in Ha Long ward.

This August, the Provincial People's Committee Youth Union will organize a discussion "Party with Youth - Youth with the Party" with the theme "Mission of Youth in the Digital Age" as an opportunity for union members to directly dialogue with the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, propose initiatives, share aspirations, and at the same time commend outstanding collectives and individuals through the titles of "Young Talent", "Outstanding Young Civil Servants and Officials", "Advanced Youth Following Uncle Ho's Teachings" in 2024.

Along with that, the entire Union has seriously and actively organized to collect opinions from union officials and union members to contribute to the documents of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.

With the spirit of initiative, responsibility and creativity, the youth of the Provincial People's Committee Youth Union are affirming their pioneering role in building a modern administration, serving the people, presenting to the 1st Provincial Party Congress meaningful works and tasks, contributing to spreading the exciting emulation spirit throughout the entire administrative, career and business sectors of the province.
