Loc Son Industrial Park ( Lam Dong province)
Lam Dong Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board (Management Board) is an agency under the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, performing the function of direct state management of industrial parks in Lam Dong province; managing and organizing the implementation of the function of providing public administrative services and other support services related to investment, production and business activities for enterprises in industrial parks according to the provisions of law.
The Management Board has legal status, an account, a seal bearing the National Emblem; state administrative management expenses, career operation expenses of the Management Board and development investment capital are provided by the state budget according to the plan and other funding sources according to regulations of competent state agencies.
The Management Board performs duties and powers in accordance with current laws.
The Head of the Management Board shall submit to the People's Committee of Lam Dong province specific regulations on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Management Board in accordance with the provisions of law.
This decision takes effect from August 5, 2025.
The Decision clearly states that the People's Committee of Lam Dong province is responsible for coordinating with the Ministry of Justice to review and propose the abolition of Decision No. 66/2004/QD-TTg dated April 20, 2004 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the Lam Dong Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board, Decision No. 164/1999/QD-TTg dated August 9, 1999 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the Binh Thuan Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board, Decision No. 50/2003/QD-TTg dated April 14, 2003 on the establishment of the Dak Lak Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board, Decision No. 32/2004/QD-TTg dated March 9, 2004 of the Prime Minister on renaming the Dak Lak Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board to the Dak Nong Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board in accordance with the provisions of law.
