Xanh SM operates on a hybrid model: traditional taxis apply technology with many advantages to bring benefits to customers.

According to Mr. Thanh, Xanh SM not only sets sales goals but also aims to solve the problems of a business operating in the field of transportation: "What we want is to change the way users view public transportation in a modern and civilized direction. In addition, by providing customers with new transportation options, we hope to strongly spread a sustainable green lifestyle in the community."

This year, Xanh SM will be present in at least 5 provinces and cities. The number of vehicles in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City is expected to reach 7,000. In its plan to expand electric taxi services to provinces and cities across the country, this rookie taxi company focuses on tourist cities, with the expectation that Xanh SM will become a green symbol on the tourism map. Therefore, Xanh SM's driver team is encouraged to improve their English proficiency to serve foreign customers, especially international tourists.

After Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, Hue will be the next locality where Green Taxi SM of GSM Green and Smart Mobility Joint Stock Company will participate. This is the next step in the strategy of greening developed tourist cities of Green Taxi SM this year, with the goal of appearing in at least 5 provinces and cities and a scale of up to 20,000 vehicles.

Currently, VinFast VF e34 cars painted in the signature Cyan blue color are available in Hue City, ready to serve residents and tourists in May.
