In particular, by September 30, 2023, it is necessary to build 3 "Fire Prevention and Fighting Safety Inter-Household Groups" and 3 "Public Fire Fighting Points" in residential areas and 50% of households must equip themselves with portable fire extinguishers; strive for 21/21 neighborhoods to have "Fire Prevention and Fighting Safety Inter-Household Groups"; by December 31, 2023, 100% of households with houses combined with businesses will participate in the "Fire Prevention and Fighting Safety Inter-Household Groups" and 100% of households will equip themselves with portable fire extinguishers; focus on reviewing and developing fire prevention and fighting plans in each neighborhood, densely populated area and organizing training and guidance on fire prevention and fighting for 100% of "Fire Prevention and Fighting Safety Inter-Household Groups" and households; strengthen inspection and handling of violations of fire prevention and fighting...

With a population of over 10,000 households and over 50,000 people, the town has clearly assigned responsibilities to the Police, Military , residential areas, Fatherland Front, organizations, civil defense, schools and leaders, individuals in charge of leading, directing, and organizing the implementation of fire prevention and fighting work, especially clearly defining the roles and responsibilities of cadres, party members, civil servants, and exemplary public employees in implementing criteria and measures on fire prevention and fighting.
