At the meeting, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh highly appreciated the results of the talks between the two Parties as well as the delegation's discussions with Vietnamese agencies; emphasizing that in the context of the world and regional situation with many rapid and complicated developments, the two countries need to strengthen political trust through regular delegation exchanges and contacts at all levels, especially between senior leaders of the two Parties and the two countries according to a flexible mechanism, urgently completing the Action Program for the period 2025 - 2030, expanding cooperation in areas of both sides' strengths and potential such as food security, renewable energy, carbon credit exchange, development of Vietnam - Singapore Industrial Parks (VSIP) 2.0, development of logistics infrastructure, finance, etc.
Regarding party channel cooperation, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh shared five lessons learned by the Communist Party of Vietnam in leading the cause of national construction and defense in recent times. These are: persevering in national independence and socialism, the revolutionary cause is of the people, by the people and for the people, combining national strength with the strength of the times, building a great national unity bloc, and the correct leadership of the Party is the leading factor deciding the victory of the Vietnamese revolution.

Deputy Secretary-General Chan Chun Sing expressed his high agreement with Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh’s proposals, including the two parties strengthening regular dialogues to share leadership experiences, assess emerging issues of mutual concern and discuss measures to overcome challenges; effectively implement economic and investment cooperation, especially in the fields of energy, finance, supply chain cooperation and energy connectivity.
The Deputy Secretary-General suggested that the two sides maintain exchanges between young generations, especially potential leaders of the two Parties and countries, to enhance connectivity, cohesion and mutual understanding, as well as expand educational and training cooperation through student exchanges, joint training and scholarship programs; on the basis of sharing common stances on many regional and international issues, Singapore will continue to closely consult, coordinate stances and support Vietnam at regional and international multilateral forums, especially ASEAN, APEC and the United Nations.
