The World Robot Festival officially opened in Wuhan City, Hubei Province (China), attracting a large number of people and tourists to visit and experience. The event gathered nearly 100 robots with diverse functions and shapes, from pet robots, makeup robots to robot bands or mechanical arms capable of writing calligraphy and serving coffee.

At the festival, attendees were invited to interact directly with robots in many activities simulating future life. Some popular games such as playing chess with robots, watching robots perform traditional Chinese musical instruments (specifically the guqin), or letting robots apply makeup, serve drinks... created vivid and attractive experiences. Visitors, especially children and technology lovers, were delighted by the flexible and creative performances of the robots.

At the event, Mr. He Zirong - a tourist who attended with his son, said: "We have seen robots perform on TV during the Lunar New Year. But here, my son can see it with his own eyes and interact directly. The robot dog is really cute, running around the exhibition area just like a real pet. This is a very immersive and emotional experience."
