Samsung is about to surprise

Along with the two famous Fold and Flip lines over the years, Samsung is preparing to have another product with an impressive 3-fold design.

A new Samsung smartphone with model number SM-F9680 has just appeared on a mobile device certification website in China. Sources say that this is a new 3-fold phone, which will soon become part of Samsung's foldable smartphone line.

Unlike the vertical or horizontal folding mechanism on the Fold and Flip, the new device allows for a significantly larger screen when fully opened. This design also provides more flexible usability, more spacious space, similar to a tablet.

While the concept is appealing, the specs are a bit disappointing. It’s listed as a 5G mobile device, but the wired charger is only rated at 25W. This is the EP-TA800 charger, which is included with many Samsung smartphones these days.

According to Gizchina , triple-screen phones and complex hardware needs will require more battery, 25W charging may not be enough. Those who expect faster charging speed will be disappointed.

However, the development of a 3-fold smartphone proves that Samsung is still at the forefront of the foldable smartphone market. This phone can bring a new experience, especially for those who multitask or watch a lot of content.
