Regal Group restructures operations, transfers real estate brokerage division
Regal Group decided to focus on developing quality real estate projects that meet international standards and transfer the entire real estate brokerage segment to Dat Xanh Real Estate Services Joint Stock Company (DXS).
According to Regal Group, on December 26, 2024, Regal Group Joint Stock Company unanimously approved the transfer of all shares at Vietnam Smart Urban Joint Stock Company to Dat Xanh Real Estate Services Joint Stock Company (DXS).
Vietnam Smart Urban Joint Stock Company is a member company of Regal Group, established in 2018 in Da Nang , operating in the field of real estate trading and brokerage. At this time, Vietnam Smart Urban Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of 200 billion VND will officially change its name to Dat Xanh Mien Trung, inheriting the brand that Regal Group has built for more than a decade.
Then, on December 27, 2024, Regal Group Joint Stock Company unanimously approved the transfer of 100% of shares in the two remaining member companies, Nam Mien Trung Real Estate Joint Stock Company and Emerald Real Estate Development Joint Stock Company, to Vietnam Smart Urban Joint Stock Company.

Nam Mien Trung Real Estate JSC (headquartered in Da Nang) and Emerald Real Estate Development JSC (headquartered in Quang Binh) were both established in 2020 and operate mainly in the field of real estate trading and brokerage. Regal Group held 51% of the shares in these three companies before the transfer.
According to a representative of Regal Group, the transfer of all capital in these companies is part of the restructuring plan that the enterprise has set out in advance. After completing all transfer procedures, the entire amount will be added to working capital to serve production and business activities.
